Assistant Manager Production
• Study and analyze FAC, MTC, LTI and HSE related issue and develop methodologies, injury or incident prevention plan, risk assessments and perform decision making strategies to minimize the risk and potential of any harm or unfortunate accident. Also reporting near miss/UA/UC and line investigation of injuries.
• Carried out safety tests and recorded results of mechanical equipment’s and systems and recommending improvements.
• Responsible for performing knitting machines maintenance and equipment maintenance and replacement of worn-out parts. Also conducting life cycle testing of mechanical equipment used in knitting machines.
• To manage production of gloves by effectively utilizing human, capital and material resources in order to achieve organizational goals and objects.
• Actively participate in developing the production plan of the department and advise necessary adjustments and alterations in planning by effectively communicating with the production planner
